I STILL GOT NO CONFIRMATION E-MAIL!
The E-Mail with all order data (invoice address, ship-to-address, ordered article, paymentmethod) is generated automatically after each order. It should be received within few seconds after the order in the E-mail account. If you did not receive an E-mail, there are two possible causes:
- You can find your order confirmation in your SPAM folder. Take a look into your SPAM folder and if necessary update it
- A typing error during the input of your E-Mail address occured. The E-mail could not be sent, since a wrong E-mail address was indicated. In this case you send us simply a message over the contact-form with your NAME and the correct E-Mail address, we will assign the correct E-mail address to your order.
