How long does the the delivery time take?
The CDs are available ex works and will be despatched as soon as possible. In Germany the delivery time takes 1-2 working days.
Für deliveries in Europe the delivery time takes 2 - 7 working days from the receipt of your order.
In case you have not taken delivery of your CD within 5 working days (please note that Saturdays and Sundays no despatches will be made!), please contactus! (Contact form)

For payments via credit card it is necessary to be registered with PayPal. After your transactions will be effected, your PayPal account can be closed immediately. All dada will then be deleted and no more account with PayPal exists any longer.
After the execution of your order you will automatically be led to PayPal.

Is there a confirmation of despatch?
Sie erhalten nach dem Eingang Ihrer Zahlung und dem anschließenden Versand eine Bestätigung, dass ihre Bestellung bei der Post eingeliefert wurde. In der Regel ist Ihre Bestellung dann schon am nächsten Tag bei Ihnen (innerhalb Deutschlands).
Wir versenden immer am Tag den Zahlungseinganges. So können wir kurze Lieferzeiten garantieren. (Ausnahme: Artikel, die noch nicht veröffentlicht wurden oder die nicht sofort verfügbar sind)
Sollten Sie per Nachnahme bestellt haben, erhalten Sie eine Bestellbestätigung, sobald die Bestellung bei der Post eingeliefert wurde.
Can my data be fed in safely?
Selbstverständlich erfolgen all Ihre Eingaben auf einem SSL-verschlüsseltem Formular, welches eine sichere Datenübertragung ermöglicht. Ihre gesamten Daten werden hier mit 128 bit verschlüsselt.
(Das ist die derzeit höchstmögliche Online-Verschlüsselung, wie sie auch von Banken für Online-Banking verwendet wird).
