DID I GET A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?
You receive a confirmation after the entrance of your payment and the notice that your order was hand over to the post office. We always start the shipment process on the day of receiving your payment. So we can guarantee short delivery times. (Exception: Articles, which were not published yet or which are not immediately available)
WHERE'S MY STUFF
Scalashop estimates shipment and delivery dates based on the availability of the items you ordered and the shipping options you selected. (Europe = max. 5, Rest of the World = max. 12 business days)
